TalentSphere Staffing Solutions in Toronto is seeking an ARIDO/NCIDQ Interior Designer to join a Revit‑based architecture firm. You will contribute from schematic design through construction on large multi‑family and senior living projects, benefiting from mentorship from a senior designer.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors, with opportunities for leadership and growth within a firm with decades of experience and repeat clients.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience with NCIDQ/ARIDO certification.
• Strong Revit skills and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; experience with Bluebeam and Revit rendering software
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC), National Building Code (NBC), and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
• Advanced furniture, finishes, and equipment (FFE) skills; solid millwork and lighting (reflected ceilings) experience; ability to lead or support color selection, finishes, and material palettes
• Ability to coordinate closely with internal and external teams, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to drive project progress
• Exceptional communication skills, including free‑hand sketching to convey ideas quickly to decision makers
• Experience mentoring others and reviewing construction documentation drawings
• Experience leading and participating in design presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead or support design development from schematic through construction documentation.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + paid 3-week holidays
