Job Overview

Reporting to the Vice-President of StreetSide Developments Edmonton, the Area Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales centre and effectively manage the sales process from sales to property possession, ensuring excellent customer service.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
  1. Represent the business unit professionally in the sale of apartments, townhouses, and/or single-family homes.
  2. Provide clients with excellent service throughout the home buying process to enhance satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Select and create spec files based on current inventory.
  4. Research, compile, and develop product knowledge to facilitate sales.
  5. Identify creative marketing strategies to drive traffic while upholding brand integrity.
  6. Participate in developing customer engagement, marketing, and social media strategies.
  7. Ensure show homes are presentable and maintain up-to-date competitive analysis.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Satisfactory criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP system (NewStar), and remote access systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in Residential Building industry is an asset.

Working Conditions

Primarily working in showhomes during regular hours, with travel to construction sites and the main office as needed.
