A leading company is seeking a talented sales professional to manage a defined territory in Ontario. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, launching products, and collaborating with in-store teams to enhance brand presence. Successful candidates will have strong B2B sales experience and exceptional presentation skills, with a competitive compensation package available that includes travel allowances and commission incentives.
Manage and grow a defined territory of retail and distribution partners
Develop account plans that maximize revenue, margin, and in-store presence
Launch new products and promotional initiatives with retail partners
Monitor inventory, performance metrics, and retail execution standards
Identify market trends and provide strategic feedback to the national sales team
Train in-store teams on product knowledge and brand standards
Represent the brand at trade shows and regional retail events
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in general merchandise, consumer goods, or premium retail
Proven track record of territory growth, relationship management, and meeting/exceeding targets
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to travel within the territory (approx. 20%)
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with retail analytics and CRM tools considered an asset
Represent a high-quality, trusted brand with strong market recognition
