We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join a growing residential developer for a new community in Cochrane, AB.

Responsibilities for an Area Sales Manager

  • Drive new home sales and manage the entire customer journey from inquiry to possession.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and construction partners.
  • Manage daily operations of the sales center to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Actively prospect, follow up with leads, and leverage CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Adapt quickly to changes, take ownership of the community's success, and work flexibly, including weekends.

Qualifications of an Area Sales Manager
