Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating, and implementing the daily scope of Janitorial Services at all store or site locations within the designated area or territory, across multiple customer banners.

Planning & Budgeting:

  • Develop and implement annual plans, budgets, and strategies for sustainability and profitability at store level.

Customer Relationships & Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and business partners, ensuring trust and good service.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for store-level communication between United and the customer.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Internal Communication:

  • Coordinate store-level communication with United Partners daily.
  • Set expectations, provide training, coaching, and participate in cross-functional meetings.

Process Compliances:

  • Lead process initiatives, store level audits, and adoption of technologies like Salesforce.

Cost Management & Controls:

  • Manage revenue, costs, budgets, and store-level financial activities.

Workforce & Performance Management:

  • Co-lead performance management and support partner training and development.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily functions aligned with company mission, policies, and safety protocols.

Other Job Requirements:

  • Availability to address needs promptly, willingness to travel, and ability to handle stress and work flexible shifts.
