Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
• Implementing merchandising programs, managing cash and inventory, motivating teams, and promoting customer service
• Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control
• Setting and monitoring performance goals with upper management
• A 4-year degree in a related field or 5+ years managing district or regional operations in retail or commercial settings
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• Ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
