Position: Regional Manager – South East – RF Components

Southeast Region: AL, FL, GA. KY, MS, NC, SC, TN
Direct Report to Corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to join our team and help drive our continued success.
Position Overview:
The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing all business development activities within their designated region, including developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, building and maintaining key client relationships, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be an initiative-taker, with a proven history of achieving growth targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that align with corporate targets and objectives within the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the corporation’s customer base.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regional reports and forecasts for management, including business performance, pipeline, market trends, and potential challenges.
- Work with the regional manufacturers’ representatives, and factory direct teams supporting new business and fostering strategic partnerships.


- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inside sales, and ensure cross-functional alignment towards achieving business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in business development, application engineering, or customer support.

- Proven history of meeting and exceeding growth targets.

- Capable of strategic planning and executing the tactical work to accomplish the plan's goals and objectives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

- Willingness to travel within the designated region, as necessary. Fifty percent of travel is expected.
