Qualifications

• Current graduate student or recent graduate in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in architectural design and presentation.
• Knowledge of graduate school application processes and internship opportunities in Architecture.
• Experience mentoring, tutoring, teaching, or advising students is an asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a student-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for prospective students, answering questions related to portfolio preparation, admissions processes, and program requirements.
• Offer one-on-one and group guidance on developing, organizing, and presenting strong portfolios.
• Schedule portfolio review appointments, workshops, and information sessions.
• Maintain records of student consultations, attendance, and portfolio review activities.
• Prepare and distribute workshop materials, presentations, guides, and communications.
• Assist with the coordination of portfolio review events, open houses, recruitment activities, and admissions-related sessions.
• Respond to inquiries by email, phone, and in person, directing students to resources as needed.
• Support the collection and organization of portfolio submissions and related documentation.
