Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and creativity to support our architectural projects. They will also be caring, curious, creative, and collaborative with technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in architectural design. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of architectural designs and drawings.
  • Collaborate with the team on various projects, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to building codes.
  • Production of design documentation and graphics at all phases of a project.
  • Construction phase support services and contract administration.
  • Contribute to investigation and reporting on buildings and sites.

  • Familiarity with municipal zoning requirements.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. What We Offer:
