Conrad Consulting are pleased to partner with our clients as they seek a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding development practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a technicianlooking to join a Developer working on High End Luxury Residential projects

If you are an Architectural Technician with around 3 years UK experience working within the residential sector that would love to work on significant high end private residential projects across all areas of development within a small talented team this could be the opportunity to take your career to the next level

The successful Architectural Technician candidate will work across all areas of a development from the planning stages to completing construction drawing and technical packages right to site visits if necessary.

This will be an opportunity to gain a wider knowledge of the development sector working on high value projects from concept to completion, Offering an exclusive opportunity to work with a developer that has produced stunning homes across the Southern region.

Requirements for Successful Technician Candidates are:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in UK practice
• Relevant Qualification – HND, HNC, Architectural Degree
• Thorough understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, experience with other software would be beneficial
• Great technical knowledge and drawing capabilities
• Site experience (Desirable)
• Ability to work independently and part of a large team
• Portfolio of work in High End Residential projects
• Working experience with Interior Architecture

The successful Architectural Technician will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £27,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience as well as generous company benefits and some hybrid working (following probation)
