Populous in Toronto seeks an Architectural Designer II with 3–6 years of experience to support conceptual development and the creation of drawings and design materials for public assembly buildings, including sports venues and convention centers. You will work under experienced designers to advance master planning through construction documents.

The role emphasizes collaborative design, production of visual materials, and coordination of project documents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch).
• 0–3 years of professional architecture experience.
• Fluency in English; French preferred for client communications.

Responsibilities

• Support development of design solutions from master planning to construction documents.
• Create conceptual drawings, diagrams, digital models, and visual imagery.
• Produce diagrams and production materials meeting industry standards.
• Prepare construction details and assist in project interviews and presentations.
• Coordinate project documents and models under guidance.
