WW+P Architects and Planners Inc. is seeking Junior and Intermediate Architects or Designers to join our Toronto studio. This role blends strong design with technical delivery, requiring synthesis of design intent and practical detailing.

We value collaboration, mentoring, and independent initiative, with a focus on mid-rise to high-rise mixed-use developments and energy-conscious design practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of architectural experience.
• OAA licensed architect or pursuing IAP is preferred.
• Experience with multi-family housing and city approvals is a plus.
• Strong design, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design development and technical resolution of projects.
• Translate design intent into clear drawings and diagrams.
• Collaborate with teams through SD to IFC stages.
• Support transit and aviation project context when applicable.
