Our Mission

We leverage the latest advanced design software like Revit, Twinmotion, and RISA to develop and deliver detailed Construction Documents, 3D Designs, Renderings and Virtual Walkthroughs for our clients that focus on authentic details, efficient design, and innovative solutions with constructability in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete project design documentation from concept to completion.
• Contemplate and draft construction details and assemblies.
• Collaborate with clients and the design team to deliver innovative solutions.
• Compile and submit projects for Planning and Building Applications.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum College Diploma or University Degree relating to STEM
• Proficient in Revit with minimum 3 years industry experience is required.
• A complete understanding of the Ontario Building Code, building science, construction materials & methods, and architectural detailing.
• Strong knowledge of Standard Light Wood Framing Techniques.
• Familiar with the Planning and Building Permit Approvals Process.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for creativity and innovation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Ontario G Drivers License.
• BCIN Registration minimum
• Applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to the Niagara Region as on site meetings are required.
