Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Architectural Design Technologist (NOC 22201) to join our dynamic team. As our company expands globally, we are committed to building a diverse and internationally capable workforce. This role is critical in supporting our procurement operations and design collaborations with international partners, and as such, we highly value candidates with multilingual capabilities and cross-cultural understanding.

We are actively seeking individuals who bring not only technical and creative architectural expertise, but also a fresh and global design mindset that can be successfully adapted to the Canadian—specifically Ontario—landscape.

Languages

- Fluency in English is required

- Multilingual abilities are a strong asset, especially in:

- Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

- Hindi

- French

- Spanish

- Other languages relevant to international collaboration and procurement.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (required)

- Certification in Construction Project Management (preferred)

Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in architectural drafting and design

- Hands-on involvement in both design and construction phases is preferred

Work Setting

- On-site only – candidates must be available to work at our physical location and job sites

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and detail architectural designs that meet client needs, project goals, and code requirements.

- Ensure compliance with architectural drawings, building specifications, and the Ontario Building Code.

- Produce accurate and professional 2D drawings using design software (CAD/Revit).

- Create engaging presentation materials, including 3D models and visualizations for design reviews and client meetings.

- Assist with cost estimation and materials lists from early-stage designs.

- Support construction supervision by coordinating with contractors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
