Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Architectural Design Technologist (NOC 22201) to join our dynamic team. We are actively seeking individuals who bring not only technical and creative architectural expertise, but also a fresh and global design mindset that can be successfully adapted to the Canadian—specifically Ontario—landscape.

Languages

- Fluency in English is required

- Multilingual abilities are a strong asset, especially in:

- Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

- Hindi

- French

- Spanish

- Other languages relevant to international collaboration and procurement.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (required)

- Certification in Construction Project Management (preferred)

Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in architectural drafting and design

- Hands-on involvement in both design and construction phases is preferred

Work Setting

- On-site only – candidates must be available to work at our physical location and job sites

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and detail architectural designs that meet client needs, project goals, and code requirements.

- Ensure compliance with architectural drawings, building specifications, and the Ontario Building Code.

- Produce accurate and professional 2D drawings using design software (CAD/Revit).

- Create engaging presentation materials, including 3D models and visualizations for design reviews and client meetings.

- Assist with cost estimation and materials lists from early-stage designs.

- Support construction supervision by coordinating with contractors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
