Job summary

Ontario Bollards Inc. is seeking an Architectural Design Lead in Georgetown, Ontario, to design and own the specifier platform. You will develop Revit families, IFC exports, and MasterFormat sections, then evangelize the content to Canadian and US design communities.

You will collaborate with the VP Sales and Marketing, manage BIM content quality, and guide the outside vendor team while supporting the sales cycle with education and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in technical/specification/architectural rep roles.
• Proficient in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD; able to read drawings and specs fluently.
• Strong public speaking and ability to present to design firms.

Responsibilities

• Phase one: build the specifier platform (Revit families, IFC exports, MasterFormat sections).
• Phase two: take content to market with CE programs and firm engagements.
• Develop relationships with design/fabrication community and train sales team.
