Job description

AECOM is seeking an Architectural Co-op Student to be based in Burnaby, BC.

This is a temporary full-time role expected to begin in September 2025 for 4 months.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Following directions and managing specific tasks to completion.
  • Learning new technologies and concepts.
  • Demonstrating leadership abilities.
  • Working independently or as part of a team.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assisting with architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies, and recommendations within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
  • Participating in architectural projects alongside Engineering Managers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Having completed at least 2 years of study in the relevant program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow directions and manage tasks to completion.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to work on various tasks independently or with a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
