Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance.
- Proven expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview.
- Experience with SAP (an asset).
- Microsoft certifications (an asset).
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

We support organizations in their digital transformation initiatives, providing expertise in architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management, and IT service management.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Architect who is eager to contribute to large-scale projects while growing within a team recognized for its expertise and people-first approach.
As a Microsoft 365 Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and optimizing access models to ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege, while identifying and mitigating risks related to privileged, sensitive, or non-compliant access.
- Defining, standardizing, and maintaining security roles and access assignment mechanisms.
- Implementing security controls related to identity and access management.
- Collaborating with business units and IT teams to ensure effective access management across systems and applications, while supporting managers in access validation and governance activities.
- Participating in the design and deployment of authentication and authorization solutions between enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Contributing to the automation of identity and access lifecycle management processes.
- Ensuring compliance, documentation, and long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.
