Overview

We are seeking a bilingual BI and AI Solutions Architect in Montreal, in the Parc-Extension neighborhood. The position offers a hybrid work mode (2 to 3 days in the office per week) with salary commensurate with experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, optimize, and implement data architectures within an advanced cloud environment under the supervision of the Data Science manager.
2. Ensure seamless data integration from various ERP systems and standardize practices across internal teams and subsidiaries, adhering to business intelligence standards.
3. Contribute to BI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
4. Design and implement innovative BI solutions based on Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
5. Develop data integration strategies from multiple ERP systems and establish necessary solutions.
6. Model datasets to meet analytical needs of users.
7. Create data pipelines for near real-time consumption by operational systems.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address analytical needs.
9. Train and support internal teams and subsidiaries in adopting BI solutions.
10. Continuously monitor technological advancements to optimize BI processes and tools.
11. Participate in establishing and applying data governance standards within the organization.

Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in BI, including significant experience in data architecture.
3. Microsoft certifications (Azure, Power BI, Fabric) are a plus.
4. Master's degree in Business Intelligence or Information Systems Management is advantageous.
5. Experience with multi-ERP environments and cloud migrations.
6. Project management and technical team coordination experience.
