Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP is seeking an Amusement Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, installation, testing and repair of gaming equipment across our entertainment venues.

The role requires a college diploma in Electronics, 3–5 years of related experience, and the ability to work independently or in a team, including outside operating hours; strong safety practices and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Electronics or similar field.
• 3–5 years of related experience in gaming equipment repairs.
• Experience diagnosing and applying preventative measures for gaming equipment.
• Strong problem solving and safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative maintenance and repair of gaming equipment.
• Install supports, software and ensure proper operation of gaming systems.
• Inspect and test gaming equipment and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
• Provide guidance or training to others when required.
• Prepare management reports detailing conditions found and actions recommended.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and compliance with health and safety requirements.
