As an Arborist Crew Leader/ Boom Truck operator, you will be an integral member of the team, serving as the leader of a tree care crew with the primary responsibility of performing all tree care services safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

As an Arborist Climber and Bucket Truck Operator, you will play an important role in:

• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including:
  • Pruning
  • Cabling and bracing
  • Rigging
  • Removals
  • Properly maintaining and operating aerial lifts
• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader and Local Manager
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating an aerial lift/bucket truck and hold a valid DZ License
• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• Experience operating an aerial lift truck (boom truck) in the tree care industry
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
