Our client, a financial services company, is growing rapidly through acquisitions. As a result, the Controller needs an Accounting Assistant until the end of the year. The successful candidate will upload and process EFTs, apply them to accounts, generate debit and credit memos for discrepancies, perform daily and monthly reconciliations, and respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications include :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a relevant field. Open to new graduates.
• Some experience with cash applications, even if gained through a co-op.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• This role requires 3 days in the office per week.
