Job summary

City of Regina seeks an experienced aquatic programs coordinator to manage leisure fitness, aquatic, sport and event programs within the facility. You will support efficient operation and supervise staff under the Sportplex/Leisure Centre teams.

The role requires a Recreation or related diploma/degree with years in aquatic service delivery and facility management, plus strong leadership, planning and customer service in a unionized context.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in recreation or related field and experience in aquatic services.
• Ability to plan, organize and schedule program activities.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, promotes, implements and evaluates aquatic, sport, fitness and event programs.
• Coordinates staff hiring, training, supervision and scheduling.
• Prepares reports and manages program data and expenditures.
