About the Role:

We’re looking for a Software Configuration Analyst I to join our fast-growing, mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, applying your technical know-how and attention to detail to tailor our software solutions for real-world water data challenges. It’s hands-on, customer-focused work that delivers measurable impact—right from the start.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Collaborate directly with environmental customers in the industrial/municipal industries during their implementation journey, helping them achieve success with our water data software
  • Configure both cloud-based and on-premise solutions based on well-documented requirements
  • Analyze and map customer workflows to standard product features
  • Use tools like Excel and SQL to ensure accurate data preparation and system setup
  • Perform quality checks, troubleshoot configurations, and support go-live and post-launch success
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to deliver an even better customer experience


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Science, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL (including writing queries for data manipulation)
  • Experience with automation tools for data extraction and transformation. (Ex. Python, ETL.)
  • Sharp analytical skills paired with strong communication and presentation abilities
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems
  • Familiarity with water or wastewater processes, environmental data, or scientific applications is a major plus
  • Bilingual in Italian, Portuguese or French a bonus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD per year.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
