Job description

We're searching for a Qualified Aquatic Environmental Specialist (QAES) who will spend at least 50% of their time in the field completing site assessments. The ratio of time spent in the office and field will vary based on activity.

To join the team as a Qualified Aquatic Environmental Specialist (QAES), you will need:

  1. a post-secondary education degree or technical diploma in biological sciences, or other educational equivalencies,
  2. previous experience with Aquatic and Wildlife Assessments,
  3. a valid Drivers License and safety/competency certifications, including: Standard First Aid, CPR, H2S Alive, and Common Safety Orientation ("CSO"),
  4. willingness to work away from home, and legally eligible to work in Canada.
