About the opportunity

This position is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repair on customer and dealership vehicles, developing practical skills, and ensuring quality service. Specifically:

• Perform basic vehicle care and maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and tire rotations/replacements
• Communicate with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman regarding vehicle status
• Document all repairs and maintenance on repair orders
• Road test vehicles as required

About you

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in vehicle maintenance, including:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Lube/Tire Apprentice Technician
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and strategic thinking
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for excellence
