Job summary

Foss Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated 3rd Year Apprentice Automotive Technician to join the Roy Foss Motors team. You will work under licensed 310S Technicians, actively contributing to the service department while building your skills and logging hours toward your certification.

This foundational role requires you to perform routine maintenance, assist with diagnostics, maintain a clean, safe work area, and attend all required trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (oil changes, rotations, fluid checks).
• Assist licensed technicians with diagnostics and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety regulations.
• Complete work orders accurately and document work performed.
• Attend in-house and manufacturer-provided training sessions.
• Communicate with service team regarding vehicle status and needs.

Salary Range: OTE $52,000 - $65,000/yearly

About TheCurrent Open Role

WhatWe're Looking For

• Attend all required in-house andmanufacturer-provided training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with theservice team regarding vehicle status and needs.

WhatYou'll Bring

• Currently enrolled and registered asa 3rd Year Apprentice in the Automotive Service Technician (310S) program.
• Valid G driver's license with aclean driving record.
• Completion of secondary schoolrequired.
• A strong mechanical aptitude andeagerness to learn new technical procedures.
• Basic tool set required for anentry-level apprentice.
• Familiarity with Chryslerproducts is an asset, but not required.
• Must be computer literate foraccessing service manuals and completing online training.
• Strong interpersonal skills, apositive attitude, and ability to take direction and work collaborativelyin a team setting.
• Adherence to safety standardsand industry regulations is expected.
• Mustbe available for flexible hours, including evenings and rotatingSaturdays.
