Apprentice or Licensed Truck & Trailer Technician

Lounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton seeks a Licensed or Apprentice Truck & Trailer Technician. You will work with an experienced team of Technicians, doing diagnostics and repairs on MACK and/or Volvo heavy-duty trucks. Providing great customer service is our top priority. We hope you will share that passion.

We will offer a $1,500 signing bonus to eligible Truck and Trailer Technicians

Signing bonus is tiered for Apprentices depending on Blocks

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and repair of the mechanical and electrical components of heavy-duty trucks by testing the truck's systems and components
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
• Must be able to use power tools and common hand tools to perform their work

Qualifications

• Experience: Licensed Truck and Trailer Diploma
• Education: College Diploma in Truck and Transport Service Technician
• Licensed Truck & Trailer Technician
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
• Operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Able to sit, stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time
