Job summary

Coach Canada is hiring an Apprentice Mechanic / 310T Technician in Kingston, Ontario. This full-time role welcomes Registered 310T Apprentices, entry-level candidates pursuing apprenticeship, and licensed 310T Technicians.

Qualifications

Registered 310T Apprentice or valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (or in progress toward registration).
Interest or experience in diesel, coach, or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, diagnostics and repair processes.
Knowledge of MTO regulations and safety standards.
Ability to work both independently and within a maintenance team.
Strong problem-solving with proactive troubleshooting.
Willingness to learn and participate in apprenticeship training.
Basic computer proficiency; Fleet Focus or digital work order platforms is a plus.
Valid driver’s license; commercial license (BZ or higher) considered an asset.
Ability to meet physical demands and work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends.
