Job summary

PTW Energy Services in Peace River, AB, is hiring local 2nd/3rd/4th year instrumentation apprentices to join our team. This on-site opportunity offers varied shift schedules, potential overtime, and strong support for apprenticeship hours and progression within the company.

We value initiative, reliability and teamwork. Candidates must have instrumentation experience, safety tickets, a valid Canadian work permit, and a willingness to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Construction and maintenance instrumentation experience required.
• Indemnured Instrumentation Apprentice or Journeyperson certification required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable, punctual and safe worker.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must hold CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Local to Peace River or willing to relocate.

Job description

PTW is hiring local 2nd/3rd/4th Year instrumentation apprentices to join our team in Peace River, AB.

Job Details

• Shift:Various shift schedules available
• Working Hours:Opportunity to work 8 to 12 hours per day based on workload requirements
• Overtime:Overtime opportunities may be available on an occasional basis
• Travel Pay:Travel expenses are not covered for this local position. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area
• Apprentices:Support provided for apprenticeship programs and completion of required hours

Requirements

• Must possess construction and maintenance instrumentation experience.
• Must be an indentured Instrumentation Apprentice or a certified Journeyperson.
• Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).
• Excellent communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to work safely.
• Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive)
• A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be local to the area or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate
