Join us as a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Apprentice, where you’ll gain hands-on experience maintaining and repairing a wide range of off-road equipment.
This role is based out of Saskatoon SK.
You'll learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment and work toward becoming a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician.
This position is a full-time permanent role and is shop-based but will require time outside in the yard and potential trips to the field.
As an apprentice, you’ll be mentored by skilled technicians. Your role will evolve as your skills grow, with opportunities to take on more responsibility. This role will assist in ensuring that all work in the shop is completed in a safe and timely fashion and that a clean, organized work site is maintained.
Assist in scheduling, performing, and learning routine maintenance like oil and filter changes, inspections, and diagnostics on heavy trucks, trailers, and off-road machinery.
Support general upkeep of the shop and yard, ensuring tools and equipment are properly handled and maintained in a clean, safe workspace.
Observe and learn how to lead and delegate workload effectively under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
