Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking Apprentices to grow into General Managers by assisting in daily restaurant operations. You’ll learn to run a strong business, hire and train great people, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience in a fast-paced setting.

Learn to manage scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, and recruiting while upholding food safety and high hospitality standards. Expect a 50-hour workweek with evenings and weekends.

• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Learn to run day-to-day operational business including scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, and recruiting
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek including evenings and weekends

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be guest obsessed - uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
• Train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle's training tools and resources
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Learn to run the day-to-day operational business of your restaurant (creating and managing a schedule, P&L management, sales-forecasting, recruiting and interviewing... you get the idea)
• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is always guest-ready
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek, including evening and weekend shifts

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, scheduling, and recruiting

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay range is $46,000.00-$62,500.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
