Chipotle Canada is seeking ambitious Apprentices to grow into General Managers by supporting day-to-day operations, hiring and training staff, and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience.

You’ll learn to run restaurant operations, manage schedules, P&L, and recruitment while upholding food safety and high guest standards. The role demands a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends.

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk 10 hours a day and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting.

• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is always guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek, including evening and weekend shifts.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• A Guest Obsessed passion for hospitality Friendly and enthusiastic attitude Passion for growth with a desire to learn the General Manager position Genuine enthusiasm for people development and leading others Previous restaurant management experience preferred, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, scheduling, and recruiting
• The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interacting with customers.
• The role requires the ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day, lift 50lbs./25kgs., and other physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.
• It includes working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and strong communication with the Chipotle team and customers.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay range is $46,000.00–$62,500.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
