Job summary

Green Lantern Electrical is seeking an entry-level electrician apprentice to perform on-site electrical work across residential, commercial, and service projects in Edmonton. No prior experience required; training is provided to develop skills in wiring, splicing, and installations.

Candidates should have a Registered Apprenticeship certificate or be enrolled in Level 1–4 apprenticeship training. Transport to job sites is needed, and a team-focused, detail-oriented attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

Install underground wiring and cables
Splice, join and connect wires
Install surface mount and/or overhead cables
Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems and structures including swimming pools and hot tubs
Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
