Salary: 1,376 to 1,600 bi-weekly (To be negotiated) / 40 to 60 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Term or contract, Full time

Work Setting: Construction, Repair, Various locations, Maintenance, Residential, Willing to relocate

Responsibilities
  1. Install electrical controls and panel boxes
  2. Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes
  3. Professionalism in customer service
  4. Install underground wiring and cables
  5. Keep maintenance reports and documentation
  6. Splice, join and connect wires
  7. Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits
  8. Determine appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations
  9. Troubleshoot and isolate faults
  10. Install surface mount and/or overhead cables
  11. Install power generation, stand-by power generation and power conditioning systems
  12. Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
  13. Conduct preventive maintenance programs
  14. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
  15. Commission systems and components
Credentials

Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses:

  1. Working at heights training
  2. Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  3. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  4. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
Additional Information
