Job summary

DRIVEN in Newmarket, Ontario, is seeking an Automotive Apprentice for a full-time role in a modern service department. The position offers mentorship from licensed technicians and hands-on experience across many makes and models as you progress through your apprenticeship.

Ideal candidates are in any year of apprenticeship, with 3rd-year preferred. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-focused attitude are essential for long-term success with our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed technicians with diagnostics and repairs
• Perform maintenance services, inspections, and repairs based on your experience
• Learn proper diagnostic procedures and repair techniques
• Keep accurate repair notes and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Continue developing your technical skills while progressing through your apprenticeship

At DRIVEN, we're not looking for someone to spend their day doing oil changes and cleaning up after everyone else. We're looking for an apprentice who wants to learn, develop their skills, and become an exceptional technician.

Whether you're in your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, if you have the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry, we'd love to meet you. While we prefer a 3rd-year apprentice, we're open to the right person at any stage of their apprenticeship.
