About the job:

Work Status: Full time role (6 months contract)

Department: Success Team

Location: Remote: British Columbia, Canada

Hours Worked: 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule from 8am-8pm (EST). Shifts during evenings, weekends, or public holidays may be required.

Salary Band Grade: $42,750, $47,250, $54,000

Value & Overview of the Role

The objective of this role is to set up our Appraisers and Clients for success through proactive order management. This involves reducing turnaround times, minimizing unnecessary calls, and enhancing the experience for Appraisers and Clients. As an Appraiser Success Specialist, you will be driven by collective success, personable, professional, and collaborative. You will work closely with Appraisal Firms and Appraisers to minimize delays and expedite appraisal orders.

Accountabilities

  • Proactively manage the lifecycle of in-progress orders by working closely with Appraisal firms and Appraisers on:
    • Ensuring Appraisers set up appointments and deliver reports within established service levels
    • Obtaining all necessary information for order completion
    • Adding detailed notes to the portal on steps taken to expedite orders and inform clients
    • Building strong relationships with Appraisal firms and Appraisers to establish RPS as a trusted brand
  • Complete outbound calls to appraisers and lenders to obtain required information and documents
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes and performance
  • Utilize all available tools effectively
  • Participate in other Success Team activities as needed

Work Experience / Skills & Knowledge

  • 1–3 years customer service experience in a similar environment
  • Customer Obsessed: Understand appraisers and clients, anticipate needs, and strive to exceed expectations
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships and facilitate constructive interactions
  • Active Listening: Listen to underlying messages and be receptive to feedback
