Location : Chemong Rd, Peterborough ON (Hyundai)

Compensation : $- per hour

Hours : Monday to Friday | am - pm and Rotating Saturdays

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Outbound and / or Inbound call center experience is preferred
  • Track record of accomplishing targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • High energy
  • Motivated
