Location : 2820 Princess St Kingston ON (Kia)

Compensation : $18-$20 per hour

Hours : Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and Rotating Saturdays

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • Follow communication scripts when handling differenttopics
  • Identify customers needs clarify information and book appointments
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extramile
  • Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensibleway
  • Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitativetargets

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Outbound and / or Inbound call center experience is preferred
  • Track record of accomplishing targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask set priorities and manage timeeffectively
  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • High energy
  • Motivated
