  1. Schedule Management: Efficiently handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and updates.
  2. Guest Experience: Ensure each service visit is positive and memorable through friendly and courteous interactions.
  3. Recall and Reminder Management: Check for outstanding recalls, advise on warranty coverage, and offer transportation options.
  4. Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to calls and emails, ensuring guests feel valued.
  5. Coordination: Collaborate with the parts department to ensure seamless service appointments.
  6. Payment Processing: Handle payments accurately following dealership guidelines.
  7. Follow-up: Contact guests post-service for feedback and survey discussions within 24 hours.
