- Recall and Reminder Management: Check for outstanding recalls, advise on warranty coverage, and offer transportation options.
- Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to calls and emails, ensuring guests feel valued.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the parts department to ensure seamless service appointments.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments accurately following dealership guidelines.
- Follow-up: Contact guests post-service for feedback and survey discussions within 24 hours.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Tech-savvy.
