  1. Manage Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and update appointments efficiently with professionalism.
  2. Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure every service visit is positive and memorable for our guests, starting with a friendly greeting.
  3. Recall and Reminder Management: Check for outstanding recalls, advise on warranty coverage, and suggest transportation options.
  4. Effective Communication: Respond promptly to calls and emails, making guests feel valued.
  5. Coordinate with Departments: Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department for seamless service.
  6. Handle Payments: Collect and process payments accurately following dealership guidelines.
  7. Follow Up: Contact guests post-service for feedback and surveys within 24 hours.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive interactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
