Appointment Coordinator

What you’ll be doing

An Appointment Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our clients reaching out to our service center, using the latest technology such as phone, text, email, web booking, and video calls. Our team is where great client relationships are built. Our excellent client care team members are here to make our clients feel welcome, comfortable, and informed from start to finish while they are working with us to maintain their vehicle.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Maintain premium dealership-client relationships through emails and phone calls reminding clients of services due.
  2. Advise clients of vehicle needs and recommendations for services.
  3. Confirming Service Appointments: Confirm servicing needs, take note of issues for the service advisors, update any changes, and confirm time, date, and transportation needs with the client.
  4. Manage Advisor appointments & Shop time to keep our in-person teams running smoothly.

What we need from you:

  1. Full-time hours (40 hours per week).
  2. Monday – Friday & Occasional Weekends.
  3. Hybrid Remote Work.
