• Gain expertise in one or more subareas of research and understand applicable research techniques. Develop deep knowledge of a service, platform, or domain, and stay updated on industry trends and applied technologies.
• Apply strategies provided by senior team members and incorporate state-of-the-art research. Develop an understanding of community methods and gain expertise in a specialized area.
• Support a positive environment by applying best practices, mentoring, and assisting with onboarding of entry-level team members. Maintain external network ties and identify prospective talent when asked.
• Document work in progress and share findings to promote innovation. Follow ethics and privacy policies when executing research or collecting information.

Qualifications (Text Only)

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
• OR Master's Degree in the same fields AND 1+ year related experience
• OR Doctorate in the same fields
• OR equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience applying Machine Learning techniques
• 2+ years of experience coding in Python, C++, C#, C, or Java
• Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate with more years of related experience (up to 5+ years for Bachelor's level)
• Experience creating publications (e.g., patents, peer-reviewed papers)
