  • 3 to 5 years of experience with MLOps and ML lifecycle management, including model monitoring, drift detection, model versioning, feature stores, and automated retraining.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python and R, with familiarity with additional languages such as Java or C++.
  • Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit‑learn.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals, including common architectures, training approaches, and evaluation methods.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, complexity, system design, version control, testing, and modular code development.
  • Experience working with data using SQL or other query languages, including large‑scale data manipulation, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and work effectively across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience deploying ML solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI/ML domains such as large language models, computer vision, reinforcement learning, graph machine learning, or agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with model explainability, fairness assessment, and bias detection or mitigation.
  • Evidence of strong interest in AI/ML through open‑source contributions, publications, applied projects, competitions, or continuous learning.
