As an Applications Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers, ensuring that Mircom’s fire alarm systems are installed and functioning properly. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues both remotely and on-site, assisting with system implementation, programming, and providing ongoing support to resolve customer concerns. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions and addressing any technical challenges. Your work will be key in ensuring smooth system operations and maintaining the reliability of Mircom’s fire alarm systems.
