We're seeking a GPS/GNSS Application Engineer to join our team in Montreal, Canada.

We are the global leader in Resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (R-PNT) solutions, enhancing reliability, performance, and safety in critical operations, even in GPS/GNSS denied environments. Our solutions are used worldwide in military and commercial applications, providing virtually fail-safe GNSS and PNT solutions.

The Position: GNSS Application Engineer

As a member of the Test and Simulation Team, you will design and develop solutions for GNSS simulation systems, leveraging our current portfolio. Your role involves providing technical and application support primarily in pre-sales and post-sales contexts, utilizing your deep product knowledge and understanding of customer applications.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to meet customer requirements, collaborating with the Sales team.
  • Conduct on-site or remote technical demonstrations upon request.
  • Experiment with new architectures and prototype systems for proof of concept or feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to develop technical content.
  • Transfer skills and technical knowledge to support teams and partners.
  • Support the Product Manager in executing the product plan, acting as the voice of the customer.
Skills & Requirements
  • Technical knowledge in Radio Frequency, Positioning, Navigation, and Timing.
  • System-oriented approach integrating hardware and software technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++ is a plus.
  • Ability to present autonomously and excel in documentation and structuring technical content.
  • Familiarity with the industry and business domain.
Travel Specificity

Willingness to travel up to 50%, with teleworking options.

  • Regions include Canada, USA, South America, and occasionally Asia or the EU.
Additional Experience

Experience in GNSS technologies such as embedded systems, GNSS receivers, automotive systems, drones, or RF systems is desirable.
