Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Application Support Analyst to maintain and support the firm’s financial systems. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for technology, hands-on experience with enterprise-level software, and a proven ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert and play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our financial applications.

What Will You Do

• Manage core financial applications including Intapp Time, ARCS, and serve as a backup for Elite 3E.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Collaborate closely with Finance Department leadership to understand business needs and provide system expertise.
• Interface with external vendors to escalate and resolve issues that require specialized support.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions around solutions and enhancements
• Build and maintain test and production environments including but not limited to : ensuring required patching is maintained, including testing, and support application integrations
• Work cross-functionally with internal IT teams to replicate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Provide guidance on application performance, scalability, reliability, and security best practices.

What You’ll Need

• Completed a University degree or equivalent experience. A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is an asset;
• 4+ years of experience of application support
• Experience working with Intapp Time, ARCS and Elite 3E
• Candidates must have strong SQL skills
• Experience with report writing, data analysis, and gathering business requirements to support financial systems and decision-making.
• Ability to proactively communicate status & issues
• Capable self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and streamlines processes
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
• Quick learner with ability to pick up new technologies / skills and business knowledge
• Finance background or experience in supporting financial applications in a Law firm preferred
• Knowledge of scripting languages is an asset
