Our industry and business are continually evolving and fast-paced, providing numerous opportunities to learn and hone your skills. We work hard, but we also like to have fun, and believe that we provide a great place to come to work each day to pursue your passions.

THE CHALLENGE

Ready to make an impact on the security of products from the ground up? Join our Product Security team, where you'll partner with development and game teams to weave security into every phase of the software and game lifecycle. You’ll tackle the challenge of applying shift-left strategies to proactively mitigate risks, close security gaps early, and ensure compliance. Dive into security assessments, code reviews, and help shape product security standards while guiding secure infrastructure across cloud, containers, and beyond. Our team actively conducts penetration testing and red team exercises, to uncover vulnerabilities and strengthen our security posture. The goal is to empower teams to build secure products by design, making security an integral part of the development process.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON
  • Create, update, and maintain threat models for a variety of application and game projects to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure product architectures and frameworks, while conducting reviews of multi-cloud infrastructure and containerized applications to ensure robust security.
  • Conduct thorough product design and architecture reviews, perform security assessments, and identify the most effective controls to protect our products.
  • Develop and define product security policies, standards, and procedures that serve as guardrails for product teams, ensuring consistent and effective security practices across all products.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to efficiently implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate on product security roadmaps for development and game teams, conducting security maturity assessments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide developers on secure coding practices and security design patterns.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging security trends, threats, and technology solutions to proactively address potential risks.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in application security, ideally within the gaming or technology sectors.
  • Validated expertise in security architecture, risk management, cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and securing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and secure software delivery.
  • Extensive knowledge of common and complex security vulnerabilities, along with effective mitigation techniques.
  • Ability to translate design documents into security-focused guidelines and requirements for product development.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies, languages, and solve challenges outside your expertise.
  • Travel: No routine travel required; occasional travel as needed.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Great Company Culture: Ranked as one of the most creative and innovative places to work, creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity, and philanthropy are among the core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our continued success.
Growth: As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, inquisitive, collaborative, and to grow within and around the company.
Work Hard, Play Hard: Our employees bond, blow-off steam, and flex some creative muscles – through corporate boot camp classes, company parties, game release events, monthly socials, and team challenges.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, pension plan, employee stock purchase plan, in-house wellness program, broad learning & development opportunities, a charitable giving platform with company match, and more!
Perks: Fitness allowance, employee discount programs, free games & events, stocked pantries, and more.
