What You’ll Do

We are seeking experienced Application Operations SRE / IT Technology Services Experts for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery. Responsibilities include :

• Ensuring 24x7 availability of SAP systems in SAP ECS.
• Responding to, troubleshooting, and resolving alerts and incidents.
• Serving as an escalation point for productive issues at the LLD level, following change management processes.
• Automating standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
• Working effectively in a fast-paced, global 24x7 environment.
• Driving projects to optimize SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud operations, including onboarding solutions, updating guidelines, and designing work instructions.
• Designing and implementing countermeasures in problem management to prevent issue recurrence.
• Creating technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer to the global operations team.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management.
• Solid understanding of SAP application technology, especially S / 4HANA and SAP ABAP from a Basis perspective (SAP NetWeaver certification preferred).
• Experience with non-NetWeaver technologies like BOBJ, SAP Cloud Connector, HANA XSA, Kubernetes, etc.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Ability to learn proactively and independently.
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, capable of engaging with technical teams and senior management.
• Customer service focus and fluency in English.

Work Experience

• 12+ years in SAP NetWeaver (ABAP / Java Basis) or non-NetWeaver operations / support at L3 or higher level.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, HANA, and other databases.
• Experience in RCA, problem management, and technical documentation.

Team and Organization

The ECS organization manages SAP’s private cloud, including HANA Enterprise Cloud operations. The Applications Technical Area supports reducing outages, improving monitoring, and providing escalated support, with a 24 / 7 global team.
