Job Title : Agile Business Analyst

Location : Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Enterprise Computing Success in this role requires a strong understanding of technology, balanced with the business acumen and soft skills needed to work effectively across the organization.

This role reports to the Fleet Enablement Lead and involves interaction with distributed technology teams, stakeholders, and resources globally, supporting development teams in Montreal, New York, and other locations.

The Agile Business Analyst is the primary champion of product strategies, implementing Agile practices, and providing product leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting, analyzing, and generating business requirements documents, including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, and supporting documentation.
  • Working effectively in Agile teams, with strong expertise in Agile practices.
  • Facilitating Squad meetings to ensure solutions are customer-focused, deliver business value, and gather client requirements, serving as a part-time Scrum Master.
  • Defining and tracking KPIs for products.
  • Monitoring and driving product improvement and overall health.
  • Partnering with Product Owners, Stakeholders, Engineering, and Operations for delivery strategy, support, and maintenance.
  • Aligning new demand with product features and strategy.
  • Gathering intelligence on product performance, user attitudes, market movements, and new opportunities.
  • Creating and presenting client-facing product collateral such as roadmaps, release plans, and briefings.
  • Managing vendor contracts and product financials.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Specialist.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile, Kanban, and DevOps.
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and metrics to manage and communicate team performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for various audiences, collaboration, and prioritization.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder requirements.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple delivery streams with minimal assistance.
  • Understanding of product financials, TCO, and cost recovery models.
