What you will be responsible for

As Application Dev Cnslt, AVP, you will be responsible for:

• Creating new inbound and outbound integrations in Workday HCM.
• Supporting and enhancing current integrations.
• Scheduling integrations and monitoring logs.
• Troubleshooting and debugging integration issues.
• Creating action plans to resolve issues promptly.
• Testing new system features and assessing their impact on integrations.
• Designing, developing, testing, and implementing integrations.
• Developing and updating system documentation.
• Collaborating with HR and IT teams on integration projects.
• Ensuring compliance and risk mitigation, including implementing solutions like SSO, MFA, and encryption.
• Managing Access and Identity integrations across GHR.
• Working with compliance teams on controls and SDLC tollgates.

Skills required

• Experience with Workday Studio, Report Writer, XLST, XML, EIB, Connectors.
• Knowledge of Workday security, calculated fields, and integration security.
• Experience with PECI, SOAP, REST APIs.
• 5+ years in Workday Integrations and 10+ years in software development.
• Strong HCM & NA Payroll knowledge and technical skills.
• Workday security administration and HR systems expertise.
• Experience with SDLC, designing, building, and testing integrations.
• Knowledge of SSO, SFTP, SSH, and PGP encryption.
• Workday Integrations certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Peoplesoft, Oracle SQL, cybersecurity, SailPoint is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years HCM experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
